Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is hiring a DRG Revenue Integrity Auditor (DRG - A) to perform DRG validation and quality audits on inpatient charts. You will validate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, POA, SOI, ROM, and HCC capture, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines and AHIMA standards.

This role includes training teammates and assisting with data analysis for clients. The DRG - A will work remotely across the United States, supporting multiple clients while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• CCS certification is required.
• Five+ years in an acute care setting or as a DRG Auditor/CDS is preferred.
• Experience with CDI and coding audits.
• Experience with EMR systems and telecommuting.
• Ability to train others and develop training materials.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to coding guidelines and CDI best practices to ensure clinically supported codes.
• Analyze records for query opportunities and appropriate code sequencing.
• Maintain quality reviews and ensure the true clinical picture is captured for productivity.
• Stay current with coding guidelines and clinical criteria.
• Provide training and shadowing to new hires; support data analysis and reporting for clients.
