Job summary

Boomering is seeking a skilled Draftsperson/Architect to join our property development and construction team. The role focuses on producing precise drawings, engaging visual presentations, and high-quality 3D renders from concept to construction documentation.

The candidate will work remotely with a strong emphasis on collaboration with consultants, councils, and internal teams to meet DA/CDC standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and various rendering tools is required.

Qualifications

• Proven 4 to 5 years in a draftsman or architectural design role, preferably in residential or property development.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit with ability to produce construction documentation.
• Skilled in Photoshop for storybook/marketing style materials and 3D renderings.
• Experience with Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or Twinmotion for visuals.
• Understanding of Australian building standards and DA/CDC processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural drawings, construction docs, and plans using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop BIM models to support design coordination and accuracy.
• Produce high-quality 3D renders and visuals for marketing and client presentations.
• Create storybook style presentation documents using Photoshop for marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities to ensure compliance with DA/CDC requirements.
• Assist with design development, concept sketches, and documentation revisions.
• Explore AI-assisted design and rendering tools to improve workflow efficiency.
