Job summary

Urban Design Associates is seeking a full-time Architectural Draftsperson to join their in-office luxury residential team. The role targets early-career professionals with 1–2 years of in-office experience, working on high-end homes from concept through construction.

You will produce drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, handle redlines, contribute to construction documents, and assist with renderings using Photoshop/Lumion, while collaborating with designers and principals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• SketchUp and Lumion experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of residential construction methods.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong team-player energy.
• Ability to take feedback well and grow within established design standards.

Urban Design Associates is an award-winning residential architecture firm specializing in high-end, custom homes and estates. We’re looking for a full-time Architectural Draftsperson with 1–2 years of in-office experience who’s excited to grow their skills while working on luxury residential projects from concept through construction.
