Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
• Strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows and treatment planning practices.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess clinical workflow issues and identify practical solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to clinical audiences.
• Positive, proactive attitude with commitment to patient care.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Train radiation oncology clinics on treatment planning and workflow automation tools to adopt software effectively.
• Independently troubleshoot customer issues and collaborate with programming teams when needed.
• Conduct annual reviews, gather feedback, communicate new features, assess satisfaction, and support renewals.
• Build strong relationships with clinics and clinical leaders to improve workflows and safety.
• Host webinars to demonstrate product capabilities and best practices.
• Test new software releases to support QA and product development.
• Create training materials and educational resources for clinics.
