Job summary

National Christian Foundation is seeking a temporary contractor to provide timely giver support during a transitional technology initiative. You will respond to calls and emails, manage cases, and process new fund applications from various stakeholders.

Work is primarily remote, with potential on-site days at the Alpharetta, GA office. A 1+ year background in customer service and strong communication are preferred; familiarity with nonprofit donor matters is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience in customer service.
• Working knowledge of charitable organizations, non-profit organizations, foundations, donor-related subject matters preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple assignments and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discernment, and independent professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from givers, financial advisors, ministries, and prospective givers.
• Provide assistance with website access, navigation, and online fund functionality.
• Process new fund applications and complete related fund set-up and documentation using applicable NCF systems.
• Maintain accurate fund, contact, and application records necessary to fulfill the contracted services.
• Document and route inquiries or cases requiring involvement from National Relationship Management or Local Offices.
• Review and resolve assigned cases within the scope of the engagement.
