Job summary

A university ministry organization in Austin seeks a Development Intern to assist in donor stewardship and fundraising efforts. Candidates must be current students at UT Austin for the 2026-2027 school year and practicing Roman Catholics in good standing. The position offers flexibility to work remotely after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with the Development team.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions in verbal or written format.

Responsibilities

• Support the Development team in donor stewardship.
• Write thank you notes and call donors.
• Participate in donor meetings and events.

Skills

Knowledge of the teachings of the Catholic Church

Fundraising knowledge

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Ability to maintain donor confidentiality

Education

Current student at UT Austin for the 2026-2027 school year
