Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring Call Center Representatives to support fundraising programs for national non-profits. You will work in a team calling multiple clients daily, using scripts to engage donors and secure donations.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability.
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• A commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes you represent
• A willingness to learn and adapt to scripts and processes.

Responsibilities

• Call for 4–8 different clients over an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four MDS Teams.
