Qualifications

• 1 year or more of outbound telemarketing experience or a stable work history.
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow scripted guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Make 4–8 client calls per hour using predictive dialing.
• Engage donors with a positive, enthusiastic tone following client-approved scripts.
• Secure financial gifts and meet fundraising metrics.
