Job summary

Decision Point in North Carolina is seeking a Campus Ministry Staffer to coach students on a regular basis, build relationships with local pastors and youth leaders, and advance the gospel on campuses and online.

This full‑time role involves field time 50–75% during the academic year, fundraising responsibilities, and a salary range of 45,000–55,000 USD depending on experience. We seek someone who loves the gospel, demonstrates leadership, and can work with a team across churches.

Qualifications

• Experience: Ministry experience in church or para-church setting preferred.
• Travel: This role will include consistent travel in the area and some travel around the nation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Are a quick and eager learner in all areas.
• Impressively organized with great attention to detail.
• Possess high moral integrity, emotional health, social awareness and spiritual maturity.
• Known as a team player who is excited to serve with an incredible team and contribute their best.
• An evangelical Jesus‑follower who loves the gospel and evangelism.
• A wise and mature believer who knows the Word of God and seeks to follow it.

Responsibilities

• Coach students to reach peers for Christ and build relationships with youth pastors and leaders in local churches and community.
• Travel within the area and nationwide as part of field work.
• Advocate and mobilize campus ministry efforts to reach students for the gospel.
