Job summary

The Trevor Project is seeking a Fundraising Data Operations Associate to manage the health, integrity, and flow of fundraising data, including data synchronization, reporting, and third‑party integrations essential for revenue operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate data for fundraising strategy, donor relations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM administration and data management (Salesforce NPSP, Raiser's Edge, Dynamics).
• Proficiency in data querying languages (SQL/SOQL) for extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data integration or ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage data syncs between the CRM and third‑party revenue channels ensuring accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reports for finance, development, and marketing teams.
• Serve as main data requests contact for the advancement team and channel leaders.
• Provide troubleshooting for data integrity issues across donor systems.
• Handle duplicate merges and regular data updates.
• Configure batch data processes into Salesforce when needed.
