International Justice Mission seeks a Content Creation Manager for US Strategic Partnerships to lead the creation of donor materials and oversee proposal writers. You will manage end-to-end production of personalized donor communications and scalable fundraising content for Mid-Level, Major, and Principal donors.

Qualifications

• Experienced in fundraising, marketing, communications, content strategy, or donor engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling to translate complex info into clear narratives.
• Ability to build content strategies supporting donor acquisition and retention.
• Proven ability to manage workflows, timelines, and multiple stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to synthesize programmatic, financial, and strategic info into donor materials.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders or fundraisers to support portfolio strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal and report writers, overseeing end-to-end production of donor materials.
• Develop personalized donor materials for individual households and scalable content for strategies.
• Identify priority proposals, reports, and donor offers across portfolios.
• Lead messaging strategy, narrative architecture for templates and fundraising materials.
• Support donor engagement through content for cadences, events, and donor journeys.
• Ensure materials are tailored to donor intent, stage, and engagement goals.
• Apply fundraising assets and provide feedback to strengthen asset clarity and usability.
• Partner with Global Revenue Resources to align content with program progress and strategic priorities.
• Own the donor lifecycle content framework across Mid-Level to Principal donors.
• Maintain consistency across donor journeys while enabling personalization where needed.
• Oversee production workflows and ensure quality across all donor outputs.
