Job summary

International Justice Mission seeks a Philanthropy Administrator to coordinate and support Sr. Philanthropy Officers, ensuring timely donor responses, data accuracy, and exceptional donor experiences. The role blends operational logistics with data-driven fundraising support to advance IJM's mission.

Based in the Washington, DC area with hybrid work options, this role requires collaboration with leadership, strong CRM skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and ethical fundraising practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, communications, project management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of fundraising operations, sales operations, or administrative coordination experience.
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders with discretion and accuracy.
• Experience coordinating complex meetings, donor interactions, or events involving internal and external participants.
• Experience maintaining donor data in a CRM and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination support to Sr. Philanthropy Officers and coordinate with stakeholders for donor responses.
• Manage donor inquiries, donor visits, and logistics for meetings with IJM Leadership and staff.
• Serve as host for donor visits and coordinate internal meetings and onboarding sessions for the SPOs.
• Prepare donor-facing materials and manage SPO shipping requests and reporting tools.
