Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Orange County CA is seeking a Remote ADC I to manage donation processing at a Tustin, CA donation center. You will open/secure trailers, track donor counts, and communicate site status via mobile apps.

You will greet donors, process donations per policy, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across the site. Role involves following 80/20 acceptance rules with supervisors, issuing receipts, and coordinating with the Remote ADC team.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and understand English to receive work and safety instructions and answer questions.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable form of transportation to move between sites as required.
• Ability to work rotating schedules including weekends and staggered shifts.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and secures trailer or container each workday.
• Uses cellular apps to relay trailer percentages, donor counts and site status.
• Greets donors and processes donations according to acceptable donations list.
• Enforces 80/20 donation acceptance rules with Remote ADC II or higher.
• Issues receipts to donors and ensures a positive company image.
• Maintains trailer and site cleanliness and OSHA compliance.
• Reports trailer defects and coordinates with supervisor.
