Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation to act as the expert for our Cortex portfolio, a next-gen AI-powered security operations platform. You will define technical solutions that address a customer’s key business imperatives and evangelize our Security Intelligence and Automation offerings.

You will collaborate with account teams, present to customers at all levels, and lead PoV projects to drive technical wins, while ensuring proper implementation and value

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Security Operations or pre-sales roles in SIEM/SOAR/XDR environments.
• Experience with IBM QRadar design, deployment, or pre-sales is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing experience.
• Solid understanding of SOC processes.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to define and present Cortex-based security solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with customers from practitioner level to senior leadership.
• Serve as the main technical contact for Cortex, framing RFIs/RFPs response.
• Demonstrate and lead customer-focused Cortex demos and PoV engagements.
• Architect security solutions aligning with customer requirements and product capabilities.
• Document High-Level Design and Use Cases for value realization.
