Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Web Content Specialist to administer the enterprise collaboration platform and manage DoD government web content. The role supports 13,000+ users with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and related tools, ensuring governance, accessibility, and security across public and internal sites.

Hybrid role based in Quantico, VA with remote eligibility and up to 10% travel. Requires Bachelor's degree, active secret clearance, and DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related experience (additional 4 years may substitute for degree).
• U.S. Citizen required.
• Active Secret Clearance required (T3/T3R favorable).
• May need Top Secret eligibility after start.
• Continuous Evaluation / Continuous Vetting ongoing.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification needed before cybersecurity duties.
• Minimum 3 years administering Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online in enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, and 365 admin center.
• Experience with HTML/CSS in web content management and Section 508/WCAG compliance.
• Experience providing Tier II/III support and vendor escalations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant, SharePoint Online and Teams, including provisioning and governance.
• Monitor platform health and performance; ensure service availability metrics.
• Publish and maintain content on public-facing CMS and internal sites with accessibility compliance.
• Provide Tier II/III support and coordinate with vendors for escalations.
• Manage Zoom.gov, Adobe Connect, and other collaboration tools.
• Develop Tier 0 knowledge articles and end-user training materials.
• Support platform changes, change management, and RMF evidence collection.
