Job summary

PDW is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to lead a cross-functional team delivering top-quality products and services to US government customers. Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Program Management with DoD and commercial UAS knowledge.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication, risk management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with DoD procurement, budgeting, and acquisition planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in PDW technology, processes, and products.
• Manage relationships with US Government stakeholders and programs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical requirements for PDW sUAS programs.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and product teams.
• Provide weekly status updates to senior leadership and executives.
• Capture and track requirements in PDW CRM and prepare design reviews.
• Coordinate with resell partners to fulfill customer demands within contract rules.
