Job summary

Red Cell Partners’ Defcon AI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end technical recruiting and to take full ownership of onboarding and People Operations. This role focuses on DoD contracts and security-clearance talent, partnering with the Head of HR and hiring managers.

You will proactively build pipelines for AI/Defense roles, drive a top-tier candidate experience, and scale People programs as Defcon AI grows. This fully remote role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for DoD programs or government contracts (security clearances).
• Interest in People Operations and process design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and execute DoD-cleared talent strategy and security-clearance timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and Head of HR to scope roles and profiles.
