Job summary

Air Force Personnel Center is seeking a Senior HR Specialist (Info SYS/R&P) to lead DoD Enterprise Hiring solutions and test civil service recruitment tools. You will coordinate with AFPC and DoD partners, validate system functionality, and recommend improvements for a nationwide staffing program.

The role supports HR production teams, provides troubleshooting for the most complex technical problems, and participates in special projects across Civilian HR Enterprise Systems programs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and testing civil service recruitment systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex HR enterprise systems.
• Experience with staffing and placement in a civilian personnel environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior specialist with DoD Enterprise Hiring Solutions working group.
• Coordinate, validate, recommend, and test systems functionality for DoD Enterprise Hiring recruitment tools.
• Support HR production teams, training, and resolving technical problems in day-to-day operations.
• Represent AFPC Directorate in personnel operations and enterprise systems programs; participate in special projects.
