Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting DoD or equivalent federal environments
• Experience producing WARs, SITREPs, AARs, or executive summaries
• Strong understanding of federal documentation standards and military reporting conventions
• Background with one or more U.S. military branches; cross-branch experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create realistic military and federal status reports, summaries, and executive updates
• Apply structure, terminology, tone, and reporting conventions
• Develop Weekly Activity Reports, SITREPs, AARs, and related standard documents
• Produce clear reporting based on supplied prompts and source materials
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, clarity, and audience suitability
