YO AI Labs is seeking a Federal Staff Reporting Analyst to support a project focused on federal and military reporting. The role involves creating, reviewing, and evaluating realistic reporting documents while applying federal documentation standards and compliance requirements.

As a Contractor, you will collaborate remotely with project teams, develop grading rubrics, and produce reference responses for AI training. Strong writing skills and expertise with DoD procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal reporting or military staff writing experience.
• Experience with federal reporting formats and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of federal compliance and documentation standards.
• US-based with experience handling confidential federal or military documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and review WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
• Evaluate reports for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and formatting.
• Develop grading rubrics and evaluation criteria for reporting tasks.
