Job summary

Maximus seeks an Application SME + Trainer to provide expert support for the JCC2-R application, develop and deliver training, and maintain online curricula. The role includes documentation, integration work, and training contractors, with a focus on operator- and instructor-level curricula.

Remote position requiring TS/SCI clearance; travel up to 10–20% may be required. Contingent offer upon contract award and position availability.

Job description

The Application SME + Trainer provides subject matter expertise and application training support for the JCC2-R application. This role is responsible for supporting application sustainment engineering, documentation support (maintain and update JCC2-R documents), integration work, and training support to JCC2 third-party Field Application Engineering training contractors. Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2. Supports review of online training suites for the JCC2-R application and modifies them as necessary, up to and including creation of a completely original online curriculum. Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum. Instructor training provides students with the knowledge and materials to deliver operator-level training themselves.

This position is contingent upon contract award and position availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final only upon successful contract award to Maximus, availability of the position, and receipt of authorization to proceed.

This is a remote position and requires a TS/SCI clearance.
