Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly skilled Documentum Technical Specialist to design, plan, and implement an enterprise Documentum solution. The role focuses on architecture, configuration, and integration across ERP/CRM systems to deliver scalable ECM capabilities.

The candidate will lead roadmaps, implement Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop, and related tools, while ensuring security, performance, and compliance. Remote work options and strong cross-functional collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering with 10+ years of hands-on Documentum experience (Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop).
• Strong ECM principles and best practices knowledge.
• Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and app servers (WebLogic, JBoss).
• Experience with system integration (APIs, middleware) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of records management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in ECM.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of the enterprise Documentum solution.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders to define document management needs.
• Develop roadmaps and implementation plans for the Documentum environment.
• Configure and deploy Documentum components (Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop).
• Integrate Documentum with ERP/CRM and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and secure access controls in the ECM solution.
• Design and develop custom workflows, templates, and applications using Documentum tools.
• Implement custom Documentum solutions using Java, DQL, and DFS/REST APIs.
• Collaborate with developers to create and maintain custom modules.
• Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution support.
• Develop system documentation and monitor health; perform upgrades and patches.
