Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned Documentum Technical Specialist to design, plan, and implement an enterprise Documentum solution. The role requires deep expertise in Documentum architecture, Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop, and integration with ERP/CRM systems.

You will lead architecture, gather requirements, and deliver scalable ECM implementations. The position is remote in the United States, with potential travel to Santa Isabel site as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years hands-on Documentum experience required.
• Deep understanding of ECM principles and best practices.
• Experience with database systems (Oracle, SQL Server) and application servers (WebLogic, JBoss).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of records management and regulatory requirements in ECM.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of enterprise Documentum solution aligned with business needs.
• Gather requirements and define document management strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop implementation plans for Documentum environment and integrations with ERP/CRM.
• Configure and deploy Content Server, D2, xCP, Webtop and related tools.
• Integrate Documentum with enterprise systems via APIs and middleware.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability, and access controls.
