Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in ECM / Documentum ecosystem
- Experience with large-scale enterprise ECM implementations
- Experience with managed services / transformation engagements
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Documentum platform architecture, governance, and standards
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and environment lifecycle management
- Design scalable ECM solutions using Documentum D2, xCP, and Content Server
- Develop with DFC and integrate xECM for SAP, Brava, and Info Archive
- Define security, compliance, audit, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Ensure high performance, availability, and disaster recovery readiness
- Provide incident management support and continuous improvement
