You will coordinate schedules, manage resources, and ship solutions while mentoring teammates and sharing knowledge across the organization. We value proactive problem solving, disciplined estimates, and the ability to teach others.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Attention Management reps.
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• At least 5 years of standing behind your own estimates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for assigned tasks.
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet.
• Make peace with maker-minded ambiguity and ship anyway.
• Move general decisions forward when consensus stalls.
• Turn 5 of pattern recognition into faster general calls.
• Provide hands‑on support to colleagues and Content Creation Corp clients as needed.
• Leave every general system a little better than you found it.
• Pressure‑test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes.
