is seeking a Remote Document Review Specialist to join our Managed Services team in a flexible, home-office setup across the United States. You will audit driver qualification documents and regulatory information for clients in a metric-driven environment. The role supports a remote-first culture with optional in-office/hybrid at the Neenah, WI area for local candidates; you will work with MS Teams, maintain confidentiality under FCRA and HIPAA, and participate in

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1+ year office experience
• Experience in highly regulated industry a plus
• Proficient PC use and multitasking across screens

Responsibilities

• Audits driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients.
• Identifies discrepancies, checks systems for pertinent information, and enters information into applicable systems.
• Works with Client Service Specialists to obtain and/or validate client information. Updates information in all applicable systems.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations that pertain to our service offerings.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities. Adheres to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
