Job summary

The Division Manager role with the State of Indiana supports the Assessment Support, Collaboration, and Coaching (ASCC) and Utilization Support Services (USS) teams. This remote position enables travel around Indiana for meetings and trainings, with a base salary starting at 67,314.00 USD and potential commensurate adjustments based on education and experience.

Responsibilities include oversight, policy interpretation, and performance monitoring across multiple teams to improve service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed in the education section.
• Oone (1) year of experience in providing social services to children and/or families.
• Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of social work, casework, sociology and group and individual counseling.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws affecting child protection services, foster care and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASCC, USS and Centralized Deployment teams and programs.
• Provide timely responses to Regional Directors and Local Office Directors.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure statewide consistency in support efforts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, standards, policies, and procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Education, Healthcare, Home Economics, Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Social Work, or Sociology or a related field
