Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is looking for a Remote Division 10 Project Manager / Estimator to oversee estimating, project coordination, and client communication for commercial specialties projects across the nation. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing Division 10 projects with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• Experience within Division 10 commercial specialties required.
• Prior project management and/or estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Comsense Opening Suite strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for Division 10 projects.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and coordinate pricing.
• Manage projects from award through closeout.
• Maintain communication with contractors, architects, and vendors.
