Qualifications

• 4–8 years of commercial Division 8 experience.
• Experience in estimating and project management.
• Strong knowledge of doors, frames, and architectural hardware.
• Hands-on Comsense experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for Division 8 projects.
• Review drawings, specs and project docs; perform quantity takeoffs.
• Coordinate material ordering and submittals; manage projects from post‑award to closeout.
• Track schedules, costs and deadlines; communicate with stakeholders.
• Support change orders, RFIs, and related docs.
