Division 10 Estimator

Location: Oldsmar, FL (Tampa Area)

Position Overview

An established commercial construction contractor is seeking a Division 10 Estimator to help grow its expanding specialties division in the Florida market. This is an opportunity to join a financially stable organization while playing a key role in building a growing business unit.

The ideal candidate will have Division 10 estimating experience, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and be interested in growing into additional responsibilities as the department expands.

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial Division 10 projects.
• Review construction drawings and specifications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Excel for estimating.
• Experience with Comsense is a plus but not required.
• Previous project management experience is beneficial but not required.
• Existing relationships within the Florida commercial construction market are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary (approximately $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience).
