Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Manager, North America Field Service to lead a remote team in the Pacific West region. You will drive customer success, escalations, and field operations while partnering with Sales to grow service offerings.

This role requires 6+ years of leadership in field service, a bachelor’s or higher degree, travel 25–30%, and P&L ownership. The annual salary range is $135,000–$160,000, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 6+ years leading field employees; Master’s with 5+ years; Associate’s with 8+ years.
• Ability to listen to stakeholders and translate into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Commercial experience including direct selling and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Customer Success & Escalation Management: resolve complex issues with urgency and first-time fix focus.
• Team Leadership & Development: coach, mentor, and build a culture of accountability.
• Operational Excellence: drive daily management and KPI performance with DBS tools.
