Job summary

Cesco Solutions is seeking a District Sales Manager in Minnesota to lead chemical sales in the wastewater sector and drive growth across the region. The role involves developing customer-focused plans and traveling to meet current and potential clients.

You will collaborate with the sales and operations teams, provide technical support, and promote Cesco innovations while delivering excellent service and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on meat packaging & processing facilities.
• Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food (packaging and processing) and beverage, mining, oil and gas, or related.
• Must sit in Minnesota and willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans to achieve growth targets.
• Build strong relationships with plant and facility executives to foster long-term partnerships.
• Provide on-site and virtual technical support to customers and resolve issues.
• Travel 30-50% to meet clients and drive territory growth.
• Promote Cesco innovations and support customer satisfaction.
