Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to remotely manage a large territory including Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and adjacent states. You will lead parts sales initiatives, work with dealers to implement programs, and drive performance to meet national aftermarket standards.

The role requires 8+ years of experience or 10 in lieu of a degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel half of the time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience or 10 years in lieu of degree.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office and in selling parts services.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 50% or more and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Improve operational performance of dealer/distributor parts departments.
• Drive dealer/distributor adoption of national aftermarket standards and programs.
• Conduct financial analyses of dealer parts businesses and suggest pricing/cost improvements.
• Provide field intelligence on programs, market trends, and customer behavior to HQ.
