IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in Ohio. You will guide districts through implementation, deliver professional development, monitor progress, analyze data, and coordinate with internal teams to grow partnerships.

Ideal candidates are experienced K-12 educators with PD delivery expertise, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with a strategic mindset.

Qualifikationen

• K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development.
• Experience as a school or district administrator or PD to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical, strategic thinker who can interpret data and develop plans.
• Excellent presentation skills; capable of presenting to teachers and admins.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts.
• Partner with Ohio district leaders to create and implement a PD plan.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Travel within Ohio to deliver PD and support implementation (40%–60% travel).
• Collaborate with Sales to manage districts, pilots, and opportunities.
• Deliver high‑quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and plan next steps.
