Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist in Cleveland to guide districts through IXL implementation and professional development. You will engage with district leaders, teachers, and principals, delivering both live and virtual sessions to drive adoption and impact.

The role requires 5+ years in K-12 PD, strong presentation and relationship skills, and ability to travel Ohio. This is a remote, full-time position with a focus on educational leadership and district partnerships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years as a K-12 educator delivering PD.
• Must have school/district admin or extensive PD experience.
• Experience leading a district or school initiative.
• Strong data interpretation and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IXL implementation expert for large districts.
• Partner with Ohio district leaders to plan and implement PD aligned to goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals and teachers.
• Travel within Ohio to deliver PD; 40%–60% travel.
• Collaborate with Sales to manage and grow customer relationships.
• Deliver high‑quality live and virtual PD sessions.
• Analyze data to guide decisions and next steps.
