IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support districts in Oklahoma.

You’ll guide districts through implementation, deliver professional development, and collaborate with district and school leaders to monitor progress and plan next steps. This full-time remote role is ideal for an organized educational leader with strong presentation skills who thrives in schools and classrooms.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of experience delivering PD in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Analytical thinker who can interpret data and develop effective plans.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts.
• Partner with Oklahoma district leaders to create and implement a PD plan.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation.
• Travel within Oklahoma to deliver PD and support implementation (40–60% travel).
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and pilot opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps.
