Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential asset protection matters with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to travel approximately 75%, including local, overnight, and out of town travel; attendance at asset protection meetings and conferences.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-wide asset protection strategies to reduce shrink and drive sustainable operational improvement.
• Identify and resolve safety and profit risks in partnership with store and corporate leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train, and lead Asset Protection Partners across the district.
• Design and deliver training programs for Asset Protection Partners and store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and assessments to ensure adherence to asset protection standards.
