Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner in Redlands, CA, to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

Responsibilities include promoting safety, maintaining a strong store presence on the selling floor, and collaborating with leadership to reduce shrink.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety & awareness and lead training to increase asset protection.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75-80% on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• De-escalate incidents professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
• Execute audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts.
• Comply with asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora and participate in testimony if required.
