Job summary

Sephora is seeking a District Asset Protection Manager based in Southern New Jersey to lead AP strategies across multiple Sephora locations. You will reduce shrink, mitigate risk, and strengthen operational excellence using data-driven decisions.

Lead a district team of AP Partners focused on protecting people, products, and the Sephora brand. You will recruit, train, and develop a district team, conduct audits, oversee investigations, and collaborate with store leadership and corporate partners

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a multi-unit retail environment or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience handling sensitive asset protection matters with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to navigate emergencies and high-risk situations effectively.
• Strong ability to coach and lead proactive asset protection teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior leadership presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Shrink reduction strategies across the district to drive operational improvement.
• Identify and resolve safety and profit risks in partnership with leadership.
• Recruit, hire, and lead Asset Protection Partners district-wide.
• Design and deliver training programs for asset protection staff and store teams.
• Conduct audits and store visits to enforce AP standards and procedures.
• Lead investigations into shrink, internal theft, and fraud with discretion.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and mitigate theft.
• Oversee AP systems including CCTV and alarms for proper use.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and mall/security partners.
• Collaborate with store leadership, HR, and corporate teams on AP matters.
