Job summary

You will perform pole replacement, transformer work, grid modernization, and new customer connections, using AutoCAD and industry software, while maintaining precision, urgency, and compliance with NESC and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NESC and PENG for overhead and underground systems.
• Design experience on distribution, transmission, system improvement, substation or service design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with industry design software tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply problem-solving abilities for large utility clients.
• Utilize and learn engineering software packages for distribution design.
• Communicate workload status to Project Manager and Team Leader to meet chargeability goals.
• Perform site-visits and provide design support to field workers
