Hudson Technologies Inc. is seeking a Distribution Associate I to support the end-to-end order-to-shipment lifecycle in a remote work setting.

You will analyze data, manage ERP order flow, and develop reports to improve delivery performance and reporting accuracy. The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, ERP system familiarity, and the ability to collaborate across functions such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups required.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• ERP environment experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Two years in logistics, distribution, or related roles encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Monitor ERP order flow, release and invoicing readiness.
• Develop and improve daily/weekly reports on order status and backlog.
• Analyze high-volume data using Excel, Power BI, and ERP tools.
• Build dashboards to highlight performance and risks.
• Investigate exceptions with root cause analysis and coordinate actions.
• Collaborate with service, distribution, warehouse, and IT teams.
