Bark & Mane is seeking a part-time dispatcher to be the operational backbone of our mobile pet grooming team. You will coordinate schedules, plan routes, and handle customer inquiries to ensure a seamless, cage-free, one-on-one grooming experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist customers with grooming services.
• Plan efficient daily routes for groomers to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate customer and pet records, including grooming history and contact details.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and address customer concerns with professionalism.
