Job summary

Bark & Mane in Colorado is seeking a proactive Dispatcher/Scheduler to support a fast-growing mobile pet grooming service, coordinating appointments and optimizing routes to deliver a cage-free, one-on-one experience for pets and their owners.

You will handle calls, maintain customer records, resolve scheduling conflicts, and contribute to efficient daily operations with base pay plus commission and weekly bonuses, plus paid time off and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous paid dispatcher or scheduler experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer service orientation with prompt problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries regarding mobile grooming services.
• Plan efficient daily routes for groomers, minimizing travel time and maximizing productivity.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including pet information, contact details, and grooming history.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, address customer concerns, and manage potential issues with groomers.
