Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator to manage driver assignments for U.S. domestic shipments. You will ensure DOT compliance, coordinate with drivers, and maintain shipment data while supporting customers and internal teams.

Effective data entry, document handling, and teamwork are essential. This role offers remote work from California with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within CEVA’s Global logistics network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years related experience; two years in the industry preferred.
• Knowledge of local geographic market and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipments; ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies.
• Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments.
• Maintain shipment information under Customs control documents.
• Submit required paperwork to Import personnel on time.
• Manage stored data and enter new data in the computer system.
• Assist with shrink-wrapping, loading/unloading freight, and verify labeling/delivery counts.
