Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the United States is seeking a dispatcher who will manage driver route assignments, ensuring DOT compliance and following internal policies. The role emphasizes coordination, accuracy, and timely problem resolution.

You will develop strong customer service across internal and external teams, handle shipment data, and support operations with safe handling of freight. This full-time remote position offers growth within a global 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years related experience; industry experience preferred.
• Valid state Class C Driver's License, Forklift Certification, DOT Dangerous Goods/HazMat Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pick-ups and deliveries while ensuring DOT compliance and internal policies.
• Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments.
• Maintain shipment information under the Customs control document.
• Ensure required paperwork is submitted timely to Import personnel.
• Manage stored data and enter new data in computer database.
• Assist with shrink-wrapping, loading and unloading freight, and verify labeling of domestic shipments.
