Responsibilities

• Prepare written discovery responses for civil pre-trial matters.
• Review deposition testimony and case documents.
• Draft evaluations and correspondence for supervising attorneys.
• Communicate with clients to obtain asbestos exposure details.
• Manage high-volume assignments to meet deadlines.
