Job Summary:

As a Discovery Clerk at LA Injury Attorneys, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in managing the discovery phase of litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management: Organizing, reviewing, and summarizing documents related to the discovery process.
• Evidence Gathering: Assisting in gathering evidence for cases.
• Case File Maintenance: Maintaining and organizing case files.
• Deadline Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all deadlines related to discovery.
• Communication: Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the discovery process.
• Trial Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of trial binders and exhibits.
• Software Proficiency: Utilizing legal software for case management and document management.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.
• Litigation Knowledge: Background knowledge of the litigation process is essential.
