Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a Disclosure Desk Associate to support the preparation and delivery of loan disclosures, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing.

This remote role allows residence in CA or WA, and involves collaboration with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams. You will review loan documentation, communicate with internal partners, monitor timelines, and maintain audit-ready records while guiding newer team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in consumer lending, disclosure processing, loan operations, or compliance support, or equivalent (e.g., 3-5 years)
• Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Industry-specific experience supporting loan disclosures, documentation, or lending operations in a regulated environment
• Ability to follow established procedures and provide routine guidance or assistance to new or entry-level employees

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements, investor guidelines, and company procedures.
• Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to generating disclosures.
• Communicate with internal partners to obtain missing information or clarify data required for accurate disclosure issuance.
• Monitor disclosure timelines and ensure adherence to required regulatory deadlines.
• Identify routine discrepancies and resolve issues by referencing established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance and audit readiness.
• Utilize disclosure systems, LOS platforms, and related tools to process required documents.
• Support workflow efficiency by coordinating with processing, underwriting, closing, and compliance teams.
• Provide guidance or assistance to new or less experienced team members when needed.
• Contribute to a compliant and consistent borrower experience through accurate disclosure practices

Overview & Position Summary

This position supports the preparation and delivery of loan disclosures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role performs routine disclosure tasks under moderate supervision while following established procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. This position collaborates with internal partners to obtain necessary information, resolve documentation questions, and maintain workflow efficiency. This role may provide guidance to new or entry-level team members as needed.

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: California - Folsom - 95630, Corona - 92880 Vancouver, WA 98683. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST

Primary Responsibilities

Education & Experience

Required:

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a general office or remote-office environment with regular use of computers, disclosure systems, and communication tools. Workload may vary based on loan volume, regulatory timelines, or operational needs. Limited travel may be required for team meetings or training.

• Ability to lift and carry light materials such as files or office supplies.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $52,000-60,000
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
• Bonus Type: Year End Discretionary
