Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Kingwood, TX is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to supervise residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will develop client relationships, manage projects with a Superintendent, and coordinate with contractors from start to finish.

The role offers a salary of $75,000–$85,000 per year, with eligibility for annual uncapped bonus and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, generous PTO, and a vehicle stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and construction.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel for work.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish.
• Maintain client communications and marketing contacts.
• Monitor schedule and budget with on-site superintendent.
• Manage contracts and reporting for projects.
• Identify new work opportunities with current clients.
• Promote continuous improvement and teamwork.
