Job summary

MCI is seeking a Contingent Disaster Relief Phone Agent to provide customer support as needed for hurricane relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on relief needs.

You will assist with customer requests, apply customer service techniques, and learn our account management systems while helping deliver a positive experience during challenging times. Hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET with two shift blocks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and typing proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic Windows OS skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
